Message from CEO

Our company was founded in 1991 with the wish that more Japanese people should visit Nepal, and has since extended this wish to Tibet, Bhutan, Mongolia, Morocco, Peru, Latin America, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and many others. The most important thing we have done is to connect directly with the local communities. We call these relationships as the Kaze Family (the local branch office) and the Kaze Network (the local partner travel agencies).

By working with them, we are able to maintain our originality and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their trip. We are also proud that this strong local connection has played an extremely important role in ensuring safety and security.

When designing a tour, we respect the history, culture, customs and lifestyle of the country or region we are visiting and try to give our clients the opportunity not only to see nature and historic buildings, but also to interact with the local people and their way of life. At the same time, we also focus on offering 'do' during the trip. We will continue to offer tours with various 'do' themes such as trekking, hiking, horse riding, cycling, bird watching, photography, cooking and music.

We often talk among our staff about what makes Kaze Travel Agency special. But it is difficult to define what it is all about. First of all, it is impossible to define something as vague as 'uniqueness' in words. But something like "Kaze-Travel Characteristics" clearly exists in the hearts and minds of our employees.

I have lived my life on the basis of 'self-discipline and independence'. On the contrary, it means that others have their own autonomy and independence as well.

In other words, it is the 'individual' who must have the most respect. Individuality is treasure. I believe that this is one of the answers to the question as what is Kaze-Travel, and also the basis of our company's tour-making policy.
