The Kaze Travel Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will implement the following initiatives with regard to the handling of personal information that you may provide to the Company when using the shop sales, sales and website etc.

Providing personal data to third parties

The Company will disclose personal data relating to the name, address, passport number and flight number of the passenger to companies with whom the Company has concluded a confidentiality agreement (contractors such as airlines, transport and accommodation companies and agents) for the purpose of providing services to the customer and for the trip for which the customer has applied. Personal data relating to the name, address, passport number and flight number of the passenger will be disclosed by electronic or other means. In general, the company will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except in one of the following cases.

  • Where the customer has consented to   disclosure of their personal information.
  • Where disclosure is required by law.
  • When disclosing information that does not identify individuals, such as statistics.

If you wish to access your personal data held by the Company, add to or delete the content of your personal data, or stop its use, erase it or disclose to third parties, please contact to us where you submitted your application and we will inform you of the necessary procedures. In such cases, we will confirm the identity of the person making the request and promptly take the necessary action in accordance with the law and our Bylaws. We will explain the reasons if we are unable to comply with all or part of your request.

  • We respect the privacy of our customers. We will handle information about them properly and keep it strictly confidential.
